As Australia’s premier producer of Cold and Warm forgings in Steel & Aluminium, we offer a range of sizes and added value services. Presses range from 200 to 1270 tons, which produce forgings in steel up to 8kgs and aluminium up to 1.0 kg. Our Global network sources steel bars for specialty applications.
Bars are cropped or sawn into billets, which are CNC turned if required. Billets are lubricated in our coating plant ready for forging.
Single and multi stage forging operations are available and our onsite heat treatment facility minimises the lead time and ensures our customers receive optimum quality.
CNC machining centres, lathes and drills support the forge and allow Intercast to offer our customers a “One Stop Shop” for finished products.
